In a significant move to bolster international employment opportunities, SMI Foreign Employment Agency has dispatched its sixth group of skilled ship welders to Hyundai Heavy Industries in South Korea. The selected welders, certified in Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), embarked on their journey on February 17, 2025. Their deployment aligns with South Korea’s burgeoning shipbuilding industry, which is experiencing a surge in demand for skilled labor.
